Currently, our 29 hospitals are serving far beyond their capacity, with dedicated social workers facing the heart-wrenching task of prioritizing patients and managing long waiting surgery-lists.Imagine the countless individuals waiting in darkness, their lives on hold, their potential dimmed. Our expansion plans include:

• Restoring war-damaged facilities in Sudan: Rebuilding shattered infrastructure to provide critical care in a region scarred by conflict.
• Constructing two new hospitals in Nigeria (Kano and Bauchi): Expanding our reach in Nigeria, with the Bauchi hospital currently 45% complete and projected to open in June 2026.
• Establishing a new hospital in Yemen: Bringing essential eye care to a nation facing immense hardship.
• Building an eye hospital in Gaza: Providing a beacon of hope and healing once circumstances allow.
